Our directors Matt Bielby and John Bartram provide the driving force and vision behind our top-class operation.

With more than three decades of shared industry experience and know-how, there isn’t much they haven’t seen or dealt with and they take every project personally – providing hands-on oversight to ensure your scheme is delivered as promised. Their unrivalled industry experience means they can think outside the box to develop a creative solution to any problem.

Matt is our Servicing Director for Instamod Site Services and his job is to oversee, promote and organise the daily running of this division. He will meet with you to discuss, plan and advise on your project vision, then help you design your scheme and ensure we deliver it as efficiently as possible, on budget and with the best possible quality of workmanship. A skilled joiner, Matt also has extensive experience as a supervisor in a component manufacturing plant, giving him an intrinsic knowledge of every aspect of your build, from the inside out.

John is our Managing Director, his career in offsite construction began in 1994 when he was offered an apprenticeship as a drawing office junior with a reputable modular building firm, and he built on this with years of experience as a contracts manager before establishing and running a manufacturing operation for a leading modular components supplier in East Yorkshire.

Nick Kearney, our Operations Director, served in the Armed Forces for 24 years. He got his first taste of the offsite construction industry in 2011 as an operational team manager for a significant local player, and has since held several senior positions within the sector.

The team are extremely capable project managers who will pull out every stop to ensure your project runs as it should.

The three Directors are ably supported by our back office personnel and a team of 20-plus operatives ranging from semi-skilled workers to joiners, Site Management Safety Training Scheme-certified personnel and qualified supervisors. We operate nationwide installing, relocating and dismantling modular buildings, and providing refurbishment services.

We can take care of everything from labour supply-only to full turnkey solutions with materials, ground works, cranes and transport. Our own employees include highly skilled and experienced project managers, supervisors, manufacturing line operatives, site managers, forklift truck drivers, plasterers, joiners, plumbers, electricians and labourers.
